Coach Scott Martin
Scott has been a coach for Cincy Swish for 4 years. While coaching the 8th grade girls, the team won the Division II National Championship in Orlando, FL. While coaching the 5th grade girls, the team won the Division I Classic National Championship in Cincinnati. As a high school coach, Scott is currently the Associate Head Coach at Summit Country Day High School in Cincinnati, Ohio. Formerly, he was the Varsity coach at St Xavier High. During that span his teams won 4 GCL championships, 7 District titles, 3 Regional crowns, and 1 State Championship. He was the GCL Coach of the Year 3 times and Enquirer City Coach of the year 1 time. Previous to his time at St. Xavier, he served as an assistant coach at Carroll College, Helena, Montana, for two years. Scott played his college basketball at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, 1987-1991. He left Rollins holding the league FT% record at 88%. He also set NCAA records for 3 point shooting with a single year record of 56.7% and a career record of 51.3% from 3 point range. Scott teaches math at St. Xavier. He lives in Cincinnati with his wife Carrie and their three children, Sam, Rachel, and Lily.
